Territorial pair of Kingfishers

Crack of dawn session today in my hide. There was a lot of activity today involving a pair of Kingfishers chasing each other up and down the river and squabbling over perches.

Great to watch. The early morning results in a softer light. Managed to get some nice pictures.

Male (Top), and Female (Bottom). Shes the boss! He made way for her.
